Abstract
The attached document lists the subjects of the Technical Discussions held since 2001 in conjunction with the respective sessions of the WHO Regional Committee for South-East Asia.It also provides a list of proposed subjects for Technical Discussions to be held prior to the Sixty-eighth Session of the Regional Committee in 2015. The High-Level Preparatory (HLP) Meeting held in the Regional Office in New Delhi from 14 to 17 July 2014 reviewed the attached working paper and made the following recommendation:Action by the WHO Regional Office(1)The topic of “Strengthening community-based health-care services” is recommended as the subject for Technical Discussions to be held prior to the Sixty-eighth session of the Regional Committee in 2015. The recommendation for this topic will be submitted for consideration of the Sixty-seventh Regional Committee in September 2014.The working paper and the HLP Meeting recommendation are submitted to the Sixty-seventh Session of the Regional Committee for its consideration.
